This incredible mother of 5 recently celebrated achieving her health goals with a fitness photo shoot in the studio. The amazing Jodi woke up one day 2 years ago and decided it was time to make a change! Beginning with lifestyle changes, weight training and taking up running (sometimes starting at 4 am). Jodi has lost up to 40 kg and has also completed her studies as a personal training, so she can share her achievements with others. Talk about inspiring!
